Do you work directly with my insurance company?+

Yes. We provide detailed line-item scopes that match insurance estimating standards (Xactimate-compatible) and coordinate directly with your adjuster on supplements, depreciation, and overhead & profit.

How long does a Palisades rebuild typically take?+

From permit to certificate of occupancy, most custom single-family rebuilds run 12–18 months depending on size, design complexity, and whether plans are ready. Framing alone is usually 6–10 weeks.

Can I improve or upgrade the home during the rebuild?+

Absolutely. Rebuilds are an opportunity to modernize layouts, add square footage where allowed, upgrade to current energy codes, and add features like ADUs. We'll walk you through what's allowed under current Palisades zoning.

What about code upgrades and the new Palisades requirements?+

We build to current California Building Code, Title 24 energy standards, and the updated wildland-urban interface (WUI) requirements — including hardened exteriors, ember-resistant venting, and Class A roofing.

Do you handle architectural plans?+

We have trusted architect partners and can either work with your existing designer or bring you into our design-build process for a single point of accountability.
