Solid Custom Builds Corporation is a California-licensed general contractor (CSLB License #1096728) providing residential and commercial construction services in Los Angeles and Orange County. Information on this Site is for general marketing purposes and does not constitute a binding offer or construction contract. All work performed by Solid Custom Builds is governed by a separate written agreement signed by both parties.

Content on this Site — including descriptions of services, project galleries, FAQs, and articles — is for informational purposes only. It is not engineering, architectural, code, or legal advice and should not be relied upon as a project estimate. Pricing, scope, schedule, and material selections are determined only after a site walk and a written proposal.

Submitting a contact form, requesting a quote, or calling does not create a contract. A binding relationship begins only when both parties sign a written construction agreement. We may decline projects that fall outside our service area, license scope, or scheduling capacity.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Venue for any dispute related to the Site lies exclusively in the state and federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California.
